Hello everybody,
Look forward to the meeting with all of you with Tai Tokerau DC. These are the goals from National office in regard to our planning templates I believe. these are being crafted by Auckland Branch as we speak and a clear draft of each goal should be ready for the meeting with Tai Tokerau. Please give us any feedback.
Goal:
1. Build Leadership capacity and capability
2. Build informed activism
3. Build membership engagement through effective communication strategies
4. Build the unions capability and capacity
5. Grow Membership density across all sectors
6. Win campaigns that further the cause of quality education

Thank you , I can't make the planning meeting but I am coming to the DC AGM so hopefully I can set up a branch planner from there ... if you do get one at all please let me know I am very .. interested

If we don't have it by the weekend planning session I will ask about them at the NEAG meeting the following week.

I think that it is the whole idea , to support branches through this and prob followed up at the DC meeting -AGM at the end of november

I would like to think that these would be finalised for the planning weekend. This would be great as a number of DC's (AC's) are having their planning weekends around the same time.

Hi Chris , yes I am very interested in any ideas that you may have , especially in planning templates or any other information re Branch requirements . I would hope that National office would have goals / priorities set up for Branches as soon as possible

Has anyone come up with ideas for a planning template as yet? If so can you drop them onto this site and we can kick ideas around before the meeting with Tai Tokerau.
